You simply choose at what amount you would like to cap your open bar bill.
You can choose to limit the types of alcohol served or have the full bar open.

Types of alcohol
Beer:
-Imperial, Pilsen, Bavarias (Light & Dark), Corona & Heineken

Wine:
-Frontera Reservado House wines (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet)

House liquors:
Ron Castillo (white or dark), Durango Tequila (white or dark),
Crawford's Scotch Whiskey, Rostov Vodka, Triple Sec, Blue Curacao, Cafe Rica,
Crème de Banana, Peppermint Liquor, Amaretto Lizano,
Cinzano (Extra dry/Dry/Rose), House Gin.

Top Shelf:
-Johnny Walker (Red, Black & Blue), Crown Royal, Jack Daniels, J&B, Dewars,
Tequila Patron (Silver & Gold), Tequila Don Julio (Silver, Gold, 1800 & 1942),
Tequila Milagro, Tequila Jose Cuervo, Greygoose Vodka, Smirnoff Vodka, Absolut Vodka.

Juices and sodas on ice:
-Passion fruit, Tamarindo, Orange Juice, Lemonade & Iced Tea.
-Coke, Coke Light, Ginger Ale, Soda water, Fanta.

Note: a 10% Food & Beverage Gratuity will be added to al F&B items.
Since the Open Bar is charged on the night of your wedding (and not before hand) the 10% (over the total
of the Open Bar) will automatically be added to your Open Bar bill in the "Tip" Field on the Invoice.
