After a long day of adventures in paradise this class will help you relax and restore your body. Focusing on inner alignment to reconnect with the breath and discover new space within the body, you will feel renewed and ready for the next adventure!
A series of mini flows and yogic movements to connect with your spirit, activate and open the body and the energy channels. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that awakens awareness. It uses sets of therapeutic postures and movements with the highly cleansing and energizing pranayama “breath of fire”. In addition to strengthening and detoxing the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal blissful transformation. It uses sets of yogic postures and movements with meditative focus, breath work and chanting. In addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation.
This Vinyasa class invites you to synchronize your breath and your movement to create a “flow” and cultivate your balance, flexibility, strength and endurance in a fun environment.
Yoga Flow & Sound Journey
Vinyasa Flow followed by a deep and relaxing 20 minute Savasana guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, bamboo chimes and other wonderful instruments.
Hatha Yin Fusion
Designed for beginners, the injured and overworked, this practice brings a therapeutic focus to the mat. The first half of the class will focus on easing into an active breath focused Hatha practice to get the body going, and warm muscle groups and organs. The second half will focus on grounding with deep Yin stretches enhanced by breath work to melt away tension in the ligaments and connective tissue.
