Yoga Flow & Sound Journey:
Vinyasa Flow followed by a deep and relaxing 20 minute Savasana guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, bamboo chimes and other wonderful instruments.

Designed for beginners, the injured and overworked, this practice brings a therapeutic focus to the mat. Hatha Yoga balances stability and mobility in the joints while gently stretching the muscles to relieve tension. Reconnect with the breath and discover new space within the body.

This class combines Kundalini yoga and Yoga Nidra.Yogic Sleep (Nidra) is a systematic practice of yoga meditation while lying down (Savasana). A powerful yogic way to rest deeply by achieving a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It decreases stress, and increases resiliency to life events by teaching you how to access your peaceful centre.
