Cancellation/Modification Policy
* Reservations for 6 nights or less for 1 room outside of December 15th to January 15th require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 30 days prior to the first night of the reservation (Please see below for group event policies).
* Reservations for 1 room between December 15th and January 15th require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation (Please see below for group event policies).
* Reservations for 2 or more rooms require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation (Please see below for group event policies).
* Reservations for 7 nights or longer require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation (Please see below for group event policies).
Group Event, Wedding and Retreat Policies:
* Reservations for 1 room or more for a group event at Ylang Ylang Beach Resort OUTSIDE of December 20th to March 31st require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation.
* Reservations for 1 room or more for a group event at Ylang Ylang Beach Resort BETWEEN December 20th and March 31st require notification of cancellation or modification no less than 90 days prior to the first night of the reservation.
If the cancellation does not meet the above requirement or you send us a cancelation email, you will immediately be charged 100% of the total stay. No refunds will be made.
Cancellation Policy Notes:
* If on the check-in date, we have not heard from you by 9:00pm or you did not show up for an arranged transfer, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged the full amount of your stay. Your reservation will therefore be canceled and the room will no longer be available.
* Please note all cancellations may ONLY be made in written, by email. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Your reservation remains confirmed until you receive a cancellation email from us.
