Each class is taught by a professional yoga instructor, and both the Vinyasa Body Mind class and the Hatha Yoga Flow are offered at a price of only $12 per session. Whether you are a beginner to the art of yoga, or a seasoned yoga lover, both of these classes will be the perfect addition to your regular exercise routine.
